Super AFC CEL after S-AFC 2 install?

CEL after S-AFC 2 install?
After installing my S-AFC 2, my cel came on after going for a drive. It threw codes for sensors that the afc conects to: knock, air flow, and tps.
The thing is the car runs fine, and everythin got soldered together and wrapped just fine. Its not like the signal is going ot the AFC and not the ECU now. This has to be caused by the way I wired everything right? I'm going to check continuity with an ohm meter accross the splice, but I'm pretty damn sure that everything will be fine. Any ideas?
