After the issues I had with a worn out clutch and a over rated wastegate spring the setup finally got back on to the dyno at Pips.
The setup is an A-spec GT3574 with a 0.84A/R. I've modified it a little by routing the wastegate back into the downpipe myself (A-spec don't offer it on this setup).
Some images of the install:
Went to a 0.3bar spring from the 0.9bar spring supplied by A-spec.
Running on 550/1200cc injectors with the stock FPR the turbo was run at 0.94 bar before the controller was fighting with the spring (needs to go heavier, possibly 0.5) and about 80% injector duty.
The results where very good
At the hubs :
And pub figures at the flywheel:
Very happy with the current results. Lots more to come when the fueling is upgrade to either LPG or petrol (still considering both). Single turbos are so much smoother and will take some learning to find out how to drive. Amazing feeling to get this finally sorted

At that boost level pip had to stick the NGK race plugs back in that i had from my twin setup. Figures jumped up very nicely. Seemed to be ok up to 0.9bar on 9's all round and a HKS ignition amp but it got a bit jumpy past that.
I've only got 1200 secondaries or I'd be shooting for higher boost levels with the addition of WI too.

Anybody have any updates? I have about 1,500 miles on my new motor and I am dying to see what it will do.
MY SETUP:
1/2 bridge cut by BDC
exhaust ported, motor R/R & built by me
GT3574 .96 a/r
tial 46mm WG
3 inch exhaust
850/1600cc injectors
supra Fuel pump
PFC w/comm
Jacob's FC1000 amping FC(rx7) leading coil
UR sprung 6 pad clutch/ sr motorsports FW
That's about it for power right now. Before I tune I will be switching to EVANS coolant, installing my EGT gauge, and adding Some water/meth injection. along with other misc maint. items

I'm maxing out the wastegate spring more than the injectors. I'll need a heavier spring. It was at 13psi and then started fluctuating. Plus its a completely stock unported block.
The plan next is to upgrade the fueling system to be 850 primaries / 1600 secondaries, stick WI on and turn the boost up.
It is on a UK dyno and we do seem to see lower figures than the US one. Either its a safer tune by the tuner or correction values.

Unless you are tracking I would stick with the 550cc sized primary injectors, from what I have seen even 15psi on this turbo leads to like 60% fuel duty on 550/1600 setup.
Thanks for explaining.

Bit of a stop gap towards a bigger turbo later on ::
Going to upgrade to top feed on both rails with a FJO injector driver ideally !
What kind of duty would you get at 20-22psi ?
