Gt28r

Have you guys ever done some sort of GT28r kit for customers? Wouldn't they be the same output as twins but single's simplicity? I am guessing if not it is because of the pricing of the GT3574.

What's the power output for a gt28R on a rotary anyways? I'm guessing like 300rwhp?

I would have thought like 330-350 rwhp @ 15 psi but I could be over exaggerated.

IIRC BNR use GT28 parts for the Stage 3 Turbos. I did ask Ryan about building me a twin single kit. He said its too difficult to build me a RHD kit and not worth the hassle. The same power and torque can be attained from a good single. He might be up for it if its a LHD

a 28r will run out of breath so fast on a rotary it's not even funny. twins are a cool idea and all, but unless its a show car or something you are way better off to go with a single. not to mention the cost to do twins.

The OP isn't asking about twins. He wants a single gt28R kit, because he only wants stockish power, with the simplicity of being single.

GT28 is a hybrid of the T25 based hotside and T3 based compressor. The hotside of the GT28 is too small, but the compressor is ok. Better off going for a GT30 or a T04E.

cool. i was thinking the gt3071R would be a good fit, but for the price difference, you might as well just run the gt35r.
