FC35RT4 Kit pics inside.

Here are some pics of the FC kit for the 35RT4. Well at least the manifold and a pic during mockup but it gives you the idea. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks! The runners look equally good but appear to have ripples in them. Was this a first run manifold?

There isn't any ripples, it is a tapered manifold I think what your seeing is the coating.

I thought so but had to ask. I'm sure the lighting is playing with it. A BIG thanks again!

I'm not quite sure if or how I want to sell manifolds yet. They wont be cheap as some others because I'm not mass producing them. Each one would be made after the order is placed. But I will stand behind them as long as you own them.

The FC kit looks great Sean. Should we expect to see the same type of boost response as the FD's who currently run this turbo? I just wasn't sure what the differences in the manifolds were between this one and the FD manifold. Thanks in advance for the info.

These are slightly shorter in length, response should be very similar.

Hey Sean, are these manifolds SS as well? I was just wondering because the color of them looks odd to me. Unless they are coated with something.

Mine came with a downpipe, kindof, it needs some modification because I have an aftermarked exhaust and need to weld my own flange on. Included a Tial 44mm wastegate vented to atmosphere, the manifold and assorted fittings for oil and water cooling. The only thing that wasn't included to hook it all up was a 12mm x 1.5 to -4 an adapter to install in the front engine plate. This is where the included -4AN ine will attach. I just ordered that fitting from Summit racing. I'll let you know for sure if it fits once it comes in. Also all connections for turbo, wastegate and DP are V-band which makes installation pretty easy.

Everything is included for hookup. you get manifold, DP,44mm gate, lines, fittings etc.

MazdaRick,

Have you had a chance to get your car tuned yet? How soon are you seeing full boost? Also, what are the specs on the turbo you have? I wasn't sure if you got the RS wheel or what size A/R you are using on your turbine housing. Thanks in advance.

A lot of that depends on parts and tune. I have guys getting anywhere from 410-460whp on pump gas. You may do better or worse

So, I recently purchased one of your manifolds and was told it was for an FC. Looking at these pics it looks like its actually for an FD. Is there any hope of making it work?
