Been a while for my Order

i have been trying to contact sean via email to find out about my order with no replies...the order was an FD RHD manifold and a GT3574R turbo...payment was sent around October 1st, 2011 via a wire transfer...

in november sean replied and said it would have been shipped out the week after...but i have received no replies dispite numerous attempts to contact him...

i really hate to have to put this type of message up especially on a public forum but it has been a long time...i have been very patient...i dont know if it is possible but if i can get a refund i would be very happy...even if you send the refund through a wire transfer to the account that i sent the money from and let me absorb the transfer cost i would accept...thanks...

That is normal, i was having the same concerns as you. Call his shop in the morning when he opens, if you dont get ahold of him that way then email him. He usually takes a week to reply.

just checking in to say that i received the turbo and manifold...all i have to say is that it is absolutely amazing in quality of material and quality of craftsmanship...i am extremely happy with the product...it really is a piece of art...

everything is excellently done...even the little things...if you notice the points where the welder stops the bead, he properly fills in the weld as to prevent the crater commonly found on lower level products...i seriously carried this thing with me wherever i went lol...i was going to have it coated but it should be a crime to cover up a work of art like this...

in retrospect, considering the quality of the end result i would say that it was pretty worth the wait...i was just getting a little worried when sean was taking a while to reply....i would imagine that the time required to build the manifold alone from scratch multiplied by the other orders in que would have sean completely swamped...

to the other customers reading this just be patient...im sure you would be very satisfied in the end....
