I wanted to say that I lived close since Abilene sounded familiar, and then I looked it up on google maps. I live close to Abilene in the same sense that someone could say Phoenix is close to LA :P
You're best bet is probably getting together with the DFW rotaries

ya, theres only 2 fd's here in abilene...i got one like 2 months ago then guy from my shop insisted he had to get one too lol... ill have to keep an eye out and see about getting together with the dfw guys... you have meets often in houston? hows the turn out

Well I don't live in Abilene but I do travel alot from San Angelo to Midland.

 

there are about 5 FD's in wichita falls. i'm the only one that i know of that's on this forum. a kid named ducky has a twin of my car, except he has chrome rims and jdm taillights. there's 2 montego blues, but one is an airman's so he'll be leaving in a couple months. there's a neon orange one with a body kit that blew his apex seals belonging to alex, he works at the o'reilly auto parts on kemp, and another montego blue that's hiding out behind the house of a friend with serious running issues. those are the only ones i know of, but we all hang out on saturday nights at the sonic on kemp just north of the mall. if you feel like racing, beware, there are several well built vettes that run around that town too
