Can't wait for the pix from ... Yesterday/This morning I think AJ got a pic of me in my 10 min nap during the movie.

 

I got home about 1 and worked until 3am on the rear brakes. Today I got all the way to the last one in front (drivers side) and couldn't get the damn rotor off!! The screws started to round off so I said F* it and went ahead and put the new pads on anyway. At least it stops now and no more "crunch-crunch" sounds from the wheels. I'll prob fix that in a week or so. Next up... that annoying exhaust rattling sound and the total lack of boost pressure

Weak, can you get a n impact screwdriver on it or did you destroy the head?

 

Always give my old rotors a smack with a small sledge to knock the rust/rotor loose.

 

Oh of course!! I banged away on it and probably used half a can of PB blaster and still nothing! Its fine for now as the rotor was not worn too much, but i'll need to replace the screws when I finally get it loose. They're almost rounded out, but thankfully a friend of mine has the tools I don't that will take care of it. Its nice knowing an auto tech that has ALL the tools you could ever want. Not to mention no power tools here at the casa... owning an RX7 is now the driving force for upgrading my toolset.
Wishlist for birthday includes gear wrenches... among other things
