I kinda want to buy an NSX.

I'm thinking about posting it up for sale on here, anyone want to help me make this decision?

anyone want to buy my FD before I actually list it for sale?

I have a connection to get one off of an auction, so the one I might get is only going to cost like $24k.

I doubt the Acura dealership will let it go for less than $30k.

College, that's whats wrong with me, the weather up here sucks and so do the roads.

I'll get another 7 after I get out of school though, I've had way too much fun in the time I've had my FD.

If someone local buys it, ill put in some HID headlights and get it re-tuned for 93 at my expense.

 

Depends on its mileage, I've seen plenty below 30k.
Lowest was 19k with ~150k miles but its still a Honda (many more miles out of the engine easily) and totally worth it.

I'm actually pretty set on picking up a CTS-V as a kick around though. I actually want to be able to have a fun car people (I.E. more than ONE passenger) want to use for road trips.

 

Yea the only reason i want to get an NSX is because it's one of the few cars I like, and would be better for the 255 mile road trip I have to make twice a month.

I'm in no hurry to sell, if I can get $20k for my car I'll be able to pay cash for the NSX.

Financing even a small amount of money in this economy would cost me more than its worth.

 

BTW my car is an original white and only has 65,000 miles on it. Currently has a brand new ported and balanced motor with about 6k miles on it. Professionally built and tuned and has everything you need to support a single turbo.

 

Ive owened 2 NSXs...i supercharged my last one and it was making around 350 at the wheels...they are awesome cars but you will come back to the "7"...

i just want something that i don't have to worry as much about (i.e. warming up the car before driving)

i've always had a thing for the NSX, i could buy the NSX and KEEP the 7 but i don't want to have to pay for a car that i could only drive 3 months out of the year

i'm going to buy another when i get out of school, ive already made that decision

I wish money wasnt an issue for me high roller! You know that every car has a short warm up process. Might not be as long as the RX7 but still.

There is nothing wrong with a car that you can only drive 3 months thats the RX7 way. Thats what makes us RX7 owners.
