****!!! This was by far the biggest meet I have seen in a while. I hope more people continue to come to the meets like this. Never seen so many FD's in my life. There was over at least 20 rotary powered cars there. I can't wait till Kieth post the pics so we can get actual numbers of all the cars for each gen that were there.

 

I do beleave this was the biggest showing of 1st gens in a good while, but I think that the FC' took the award for the most there, but not by much.

I rode in it. Lots of fun. Like being in a 2 seat race car. It's not like one showed up just to give out "free rides" though. That's Barry's car. He's a member of this forum btw as he also has a CYM 3rd gen.

 

9 days i leave this hole, then 4 more after that i'll have my first fd. had an fb with the 12a before and that got me addicted to rotaries. OTT said he's going to hold on to his 93 VR R1 till i get back for me to buy so i'm pretty effin stoked

Plus, this Friday the Supra's, IS-F's, 350Z's and hopefully some NSX's are going to attempt to get together for a meet.

Not so sure about the weather though...

 

I think the huge amount of people to this meet was due to the early thread posting for the April meet. I think a lot more people got a chance to see it and if they didn't see it some1 they knew did and told them about and the details. We usually get a lot of people at Freebirds but not that many. Really good turn out I hope the rest this year are the same.

 

alright i'm going to be home for 4 months before getting deployed again. as long as there's not a meet interfering with me going to brickyard i want to go to them all. lemme know what the schedule this summer is.

 

I will post the next meeting just as soon as Keith gets the pictures up from the last meeting, give him a few more days.

On a side note, I will not be at the next meeting (May 12th) because I will be watching the shuttle launch in Florida, and getting some good old scuba diving in the Atlantic.
