I've got a couple sets of irons I need resurfaced, but I don't know who does it. When I emailed Yaw about it in Oct/Nov he was backed up until February, and after asking around town nobody has a big enough machine to do it. I remember running across a thread that somebody in Houston could do it, but I can't find the thread now.

Also, can somebody tell me what kind of machine will do it? It'd probably be easier asking somebody has an "XXXX end mill" rather than if they can machine a rotary...

Mazmax doesn't do it.

The machine you are looking for is calling a lapping table and the process is known as lapping. I know of a few places in Houston that can do it:

Since you are in Austin, try calling these 2 companies. I'm pretty sure they don't do lapping but I'm sure one of them will know who does in the Austin area.
