DFW RX-7/RX-8 Club December Meet

Our next monthly meet will be Saturday, December 3 at 8pm. We meet in the parking lot next to Cheddars at the intersection of I-635 and MacArthur in Irving. A usual, all cars are welcome.

 

Dec 3, eh? I'll be at TMS that weekend....

Sadly, probably without street car.

 

I won't be in town either, but I thought I'd post the meeting notice anyway. Ya'll have fun!

 

Thanks Dazy. At least *one* of us managed to post something. I've been so beaten down at work it's not funny. Here it is at 8:00pm and I'm still sitting at my desk. I'll be back for more at 7:00a. Hopefully today's interview went welll though.

 

i cant make it... i have to work saturday night.. if anyone is going to BJs on thursday though ill see ya there...

I'll be there in my 10thaniv. If anyone has an aftermarket TID(turbo inlet duct) that their not using, please bring it so I can check it out or buy it from you. Thanks Allan.

 

I'm going to try to make it. It's always good to see the D/FW rotorheads.

 

Even if my car is out of the street for upgrades(blown engine) i wil do my best to go.

 

most of the people aren't coming... why not reschedule it hehehe... just kiddig... anyways, i wont make it, since i'm like an hour half away from DFW area... but i think i'm one of the 3 people that has an RX7 FC here in Tyler/Longview area... one of them is my brother hehehehe.

 

I think I will be there, if not a little late. My sister's birthday was yesterday and I am going to take her to a movie early this evening. Hopefully it wont be too long and we will get there before everyone is gone.

Still no RX7 though. Out of a 20,000 car auction my uncle went to in PA, there was only 1 RX7 with 103k miles that was supposedly still on the original engine with no mods (reliability or otherwise) and they didnt let my uncle under the hood.............................. so we passed on that one.

It was fun, little on the chilly side but fun anyways.

 

I was up there with my buddy in the turbo EF civic. I'll return with an rx7 again soon though.

 

Rats. I foolishly kept checking the DFW RX-7 Club site for meet info. Oh well, woulda missed it anyway since I was in New Orleans loading the Uhaul. Still would've liked to have come since I'm new to Arlington and don't know anyone really much less any rotory folks. Well, hope to meet some people at the next one if I haven't sold my FC yet.
