Rebuild options in DFW?

Tracked the car @ ECR Sat, cracked the t-stat neck, lost coolant, overheated 250+ before I could limp it in. 110F out, car was running great at about 210-215 till it pegged. Car starts and runs but bubbling exhaust into coolant, and coolant out the exhaust Oh well, at least it ate several new Boss 302's before it went!

Suggestions for rebuilds in the DFW area? this is nothing fancy, basic S5 n/a. I've never been inside the motor and am nervous about doing it myself - I want it to last. plus, time is hard to come by, what with job, wife, 5 kids

I know of Rotary Perf. in Garland, they do turn-key starting at about $4500. Any other suggestions? Kevin Landers @ Rotary Ressurection built this motor originally, I don't know if he's still in business or not.

Suggestions appreciated. I will attach a few pics of the track day for your viewing pleasure
