im so glad they dont do emissions testing here in tyler. that and the "total inspection cost" is so high because of the emissions testing.

Wow, I'm suprised the ppm's were standard at 132 and 136. Here in Austin they're at 220. Gives us a little more room I guess but I thought that emissions were set at the same limits across the state. Hmmn, guess the cities set they're limits at the city council hearings? :smiley_12
