I was riding down laffite larose highway(sorry if I butchered that) and we get to the last set of neighborhoods and I noticed someone outside washing what looked to be a stock black fd. I was just wondering if it was anybody from the forum. The house looked like it had a black mustang in the garage and a purplish s10 in the back yard. Anyone on here?

 

Ok so the car had aftermarket wheels. kind of looked like 5 spoke 18's???

 

I've seen this car before on occasion, it is a pristine yellow FD with rims and everything, always looks like it just drove off the showroom, sounds incredible, this car is just insane. Last night I was at the intersection of 183 and Crystal Falls (Cedar Park/Leander etc. area) leaving my best friend's new residence, and we were both at the light waiting to turn left on 183. I saw it and almost busted a u-ey to try and catch up with it, but it was late and I had a 30 minute drive to get home etc. that I didn't really feel like adding any more time to. if this is anyone on here, you should be stoked as your car is sick! (in a good way lol)

 

Spotted a red fc this morning looked like a turbo II but I am not positive. It had the hood but I couldnt see any writing on the side. I saw it on the way to bell chase this morning around 8:30-9:15ish. Just wondering if it was anybody on here.

dang it, this car is like that movie "Wraith" lol A good friend of mine just got a house in the Crystal Falls area/neighborhood so I'll be hanging out around there more often. I was up at the Saturday show last Saturday too, might make it this Saturday as well but I'm not sure yet.

 

I finally got a good look at a white gsl-se on mopac heading north this morning and wonder if it belongs to anyone here. Its got a nice shiny paint job, stock wheels and a hood scoop. Exhaust looks stock but it still seems to run pretty good, he was whipping in and out of traffic in it!

If its not anyone on here Im gonna chase him down next time and offer him some cash for it!

 

Does it have some black pinstriping/vinyl on the side of it? There was a string when I saw 4 different white FBs... one was a GSLSE, one was a GSL, don't know about the other 2.

I can't wait to finish my GSL restoration.... driving around in a Miata just isn't as fun as an RX7.

 

I didnt notice any pinstriping but the hood scoop stood out. Other than that it looked and sounded stock. You just dont see many nice 1st gens driving around anymore. I cant wait until I repaint my car. It runs great but the paint looks like crap...

 

no kidding, I've noticed I never see any clean 2nd gen coupes running around either.

 

Hey guys. I was headed down Veterans today and right before I got onto I-10, I spotted a black FD on chrome stockers. It was right in front of the old Celebration Station, and the driver appeared to be a mid-20s, medium build latino. Could have been a tanned white guy, though.


Anyways, if you are a member on here, your car looks pretty damn sweet, man.

Ive talked to him.hes a black guy for starters(so no one says something,i'm just correcting him,nothing wrong with black people.)and he has already bought alot of stuff for it.i'm not going into details because if he wonts people to know he tell you,but i will say its going to be really quick,look really good,really soon!
