Just in case you want to know (for future reference) the "line effect" is caused by the camera setting. When you take pictures at night, if you leave the camera setting on auto it can cause that on some cameras because the camera holds the shutter open longer. If the camera has a setting for night time it will reduce the effect because it increases the iris to allow more light in instead of using the slower shutter speed. Just in case you were wondering.

next time, move the camera real fast side to side instead of up and down so it looks like we're all doing some hard parking

SUPER ADVANCED feature: Slow shutter speed with slow movement in one direction for streak effects..... You've almost mastered this one.... just slow it down.
