I had my stuff within a week, pretty good customer service IMO. I've had no problems with a 60-1 turbo from them. ~1200 miles and autocross so far. My wastegate from them works and indeed is brand new inside and out, but I think they were wrong about the spring rate. My turbo was brand new as well, came all nice and wrapped up with the little blue plastic things over every hole, and t came with the compressor maps. I took the entire turbo apart, and everything was new and of good quality ( I'm no expert though). The nut on the compressor wheel and turbine WAS balance drilled (or whatever the proper term is called) also. If anything, I blow the turbo...OMG I'm out $350!!

I had no problems with their customer service, I really don't know what thats all about. I bought it through them, through ebay though if that makes a difference. The turbo spins beautifully smooth, and for a suprisingly long time. It seems like its getting even better and better as I drive it more. For me, they are well worth the money. I've learned a lot about turbos from having it and taking it apart, etc. Plus, like I said before, it's such a small amount of money for a turbo, I figured I could get one and see how good/bad they really are for the sake of other people in question about whether they should buy one. So far so good with the turbo, but I want something bigger than a 60-1, so I just bought a T78 also.

Oh yeah and also a little side note, I drove the car for ~40 miles with no BOV with really bad compressor surge and the turbo is still running strong. Damn compressor surge sounds cool though.
