WTB ASAP: V-band clamp for turbo

I know--I've already posted it in the FS section, but I thought I'd reach more single turbo people here. I need a 3in v-band clamp for my t04. Used is fine, but I need it in a hurry. Anyone got one?

it looks like it's just the clamp, but I was under the assumption that the clamp fit over the turbo flange and the dp flange....anyone know?
