Write up: List of parts needed for Oil Feed and Return Lines
Alright I search for a long time for this info and found it all eventually but no one likes to search through every thread to find simple details like this, so I decided to write up all the things needed for a single turbo's oil lines...
Got all my parts from www.anplumbing.com
Oil Feed Line (in order from stock line to turbo):
1. 14mm male to -4 AN male
2. -4 AN female to -3 AN male
3. -3 AN hose end
4. -3 AN hose (I ordered 2 feet and used about 14" of it)
5. -3 AN hose end
6. -3 AN male to 1/8" NPT male
7. (either 1/8" NPT threaded center or threaded flange)
Oil Return Line (in order from turbo to engine):
1. (either 1/2" NPT threaded center or flange for turbo)
2. 1/2 NPT male to -12 AN hose end
3. -12 hose (ordered 2 feet not realizing I only needed like 8")
4. 1" hose clamp (to clamp onto stock pipe)
5. cut stock pipe with flange on it (11/16" O.D.)
6. Block off second stock oil return on rear of engine.
-4 AN lines can also be used for the feed line, but a restrictor will need to be used before the turbo. A -10 AN line can be used for the return as well, but a -12 AN line will fit over the stock return line perfectly. Always use teflon tape on the threads too.
Hope this helps some of you guys.

Might want to add the pitch for the part that bolts to the block.... believe it is 1.5.
Also I was told not to use Teflon tape on AN threads.
And 10 AN hose is the perfect fit the stock return line.
Other than that Good write up!

Never heard that about the teflon tape before, I was just told to use something to seal it. Maybe someone else can clear that up for us.
Thats weird about the 10 AN line being perfect, because the 12 AN just slides over it. Maybe it is just different types of hoses w/ slightly different I.D.
But thanks for contributing.

Hmm, i was using a 10 AN Braided hose, 12 AN fit close, but not perfect.
Also, I wasn't positive on the teflon tape, but thats just what I heard. Pipe fittings ou always use teflon, AN always use o rings. Hope someone chimes in a clears that up.

Personal experience, I use teflon paste to seal NPT tapered threaded joints ... eliminates chance of getting tape in the fluid system. For straight threads on AN fittings I use a light oil. For straight threads on AN port plug or AN union threaded into a block I use a viton o-ring lubed with oil or petroleum jelly.

Just figured I'd throw it out there in case anyone wanted to make a line. The last part on the list will allow you to run -4 AN line straight from the 13bREW block to a turbo.

I quoted myself... LOL
Here's my parts list. I used a -4AN, as there isn't a 14 X 1.5 to -3AN adaptor.. and I don't like using adaptor on top of adaptor (personal thing)
Running a line as big as -4 I went with a -12AN return.
I agree that ANPLUMBING is a great site. I've heard of some bad customer service experiences, but mine was good. Summit is always good too.
