Where's the boost?

So I have a T04E 57 trim with 1 A/R turbine (garrett) and I have hit a boost wall at 14 psi.

I think it might be my boost control setup. I am running a HKS kit as you can guess from the turbo with a 40mm wastegate, 8 psi spring and using the boost controller with my E6X. It did a great job of hold me at 10 psi, but I have tried to crank it up and hit a wall. Judging by my data log I believe the wastegate is opening but it's not due to my boost controller. Is there a limit to what a boost controller can hold over the spring?

Is my turbo running out of steam? I should be able to hit more with this setup right?

FYI Trim is AFR, and this data log is my first trip down 1/4 mile with turbo setup.

13bt 8.5 rotors, street port, FMIC, 2.5 pipes, hks log manifold, turbo, and 3" down pipe. Fake-tech intake, 750 cfm throttle body.

You might need a stiffer spring on your wastegate.

thewird is right, once you approach double what the spring is rated at, the boost controller will have a hard time keeping up.

I don't know how to read your "trim" (AFR) values? What are the AFR's? If you're running really rich and have a safety wall of fuel at the last boost you tuned to then your car will not want to make more power and therefor no more boost. Is the boost controller maxed out? Can you adjust the duty cycle anymore and it's just not going up as you make changes? Lastly make sure you don't have any leaks in your intake. Pressure test it. If anything is bleeding the boost off your turbo will be running out of breath.

You should be able to run more boost with that spring then what you're currently at. 15 or 16 should be achievable, and should even go higher then that, but will just not be as consistent if it's too light for the controller
