NE Whats the best turbine housing for my build?

Ok I have been reading alot lately about turbine housings and sizing. One of the things I have found is that people on here are divided about sizing. some people say "Go big or go home and run a 1.32" others say "The right turbine depends on the engine" I have choose the later of the two. My turbine housing now is a 1.32 and I feel as though it is two big for what I want.
So back to the statement "The right turbine housing depends on the engine"
These are my mods:
S5 block with non turbo plates(so six port) and s4 turbo housings
Weber IDA throttle bodies 55/50mm
street ported and port matched everything
Liquid to Air intercooler(lets me have about 3-4ft of total intake runner lenght post turbo)
Fully divided t4 exhaust mani., equal length and 50mm wastegate(screamer pipe)
3" exhaust turbo back
Turbo is a borg warner t04e(willing to change this as it seems to be the weak spot)
Currently I am shooting for 300-350hp to be content with myself
These are my questions:
What would be the best turbine housing to go with? I want a little better spool time and good numbers to 8k
Has anybody changed there compessor wheel? I have been playing with the idea
I want to run 15psi and be flirting with the 400 mark, once I start getting close to 400 I will start injecting meth or water I havent decided yet.

Thank You for your time and sorry for the deadly long post, any help is greatly appreciated!

GT3571R w/1.06 is the best middle ground option for your goals. you will not need to run the turbo at extremes to meet your goal and it will be fairly well responsive.

turbine size has alot to do with the turbo, it's efficiency and how it is designed, you can get away with a larger a/r turbine housing if you run a divided manifold/turbine housing. also depends on the compression ratio of the engine, higher CR also lets you go bigger with the turbine housing without compromise(except in safety of the engine in tuning) unless you are building a car for the best low end grunt.

1.32 generally is a dyno queen of a turbine housing unless it is tied to an upper range turbo.

.96 is about as low as you can go in most rotary applications without restricting the exhaust and choking the engine up.

T3 flanges are also a no no for these engines, blowing through a straw.

unless it is a high compression engine i would go with a 1.03a/r T4 housing for the T04E.

Ok this is what I was thinking also except I was thinking of 1.00 t4 divided housing. Any experience with swapping compressor wheels? I feel as though I desperatley need a new compressor housing with a 4" inlet and 2.5" outlet. I still need to pull the turbo back apart and meassure the wheel inducer/exducer so I know if I need to change it with the new comp. housing

Also, will changing the housing but keep the same compressor wheel increase flow rate? I am looking for a little more out of my turbo while still keeping my current chra

I havent changed anything yet since it is winter now. But with what I have seen the t04e I have would need to be at 20psi to even come close to 400hp. A t67 or to4r or a t04z would get me 400hp at about 15psi. But the things I have read on the t04e people are using the turbo rotors and I am running 9.7:1 non turbo rotors so I may be close to 375hp at 15psi and meth inj. with my t04e. I am more focused on investing in a manifold made by ctd fab before I change up the turbo. I might just leave the turbo alone for now and see what I can make since my car was only tuned to 5k and then it caught on fire so we didnt get any hp/tq numbers

I'm interested in a to4e turbo for an FD and have heard that it'll make 400 around 15ish boost levels....

I dont know honestly if it will or not. But it all depends on wheel trim and a/r and mine was never fully tuned so I still need to see what numbers I can roll out with this turbo but I still have 360cc of meth at my disposal if I need it and plenty of fuel.
