I want to put on a single turbo on my 13B-RE i been told to go for a t04 by one shop and then a other told me to go for a t07?? wat do u guys think??

Invest an evening or two and go down the list of threads in this Forum, and you'll have more then you will know what to do with.

You need to be more specific, as there is a 'best turbo' for just about any given situation/person/configuration/what ever you can think of. You're not going to get any useful response until you do so.
