What wheel is this?

I recently purchased a S4 turbo with a to4 front housing but I dont knowl if the wheel is the wheel stock or if it is upgraded also? Is there any way to tell? Here is a pic if anyone can tell me what wheel it is.



Oh yea im a turbo n00b so if any of my terminology is incorrect please don't hesitate to correct me.

That is not the stock compressor wheel.
