What turbo to use?

I'm buying a 1988 TII with a medium-sized streetported engine, it already has a turbonetics wastegate and I believe an HKS cast manifold. I plan to upgrade the wastegate to a 40mm HKS standard gate. Controlling the madness is a Microtech LT8.

My question is, what kind of a turbo would you recommend? I'm going to run 15psi on pump gas, and I'm looking for anything from 330-400rwhp. I have a few ideas, but I don't know a whole lot about turbo sizing, so I'm just going off the top of my head. I was going to pick from these options:

Garret GT-40 (82mm comp. wheel), .58 A/R, 1.15 turbine housing (this one I think would be too big)

Garret GT-35 76mm comp. wheel, 52trim, 1.05 turbine housing

Master Power 60-1 P-trim, .96 A/R turbine housing

Master Power 62-1 P-trim, .96 A/R turbine housing

I'm looking to spend somewhere in the vicinity of $1000 on the turbocharger itself. I know that limits the options, but I just don't have that much money to throw around right now.

Also, does anyone know anything about the Holsett T-66? There's a turbo Mustang guy selling one for a decent price (.96 A/R). I noticed it had an anti-surge compressor housing, so I know it would be LOUD, but that's about it.
