I was told this was a GT3574 then today I noticed it was water cooled. I searched the numbers on it into google and nothing at all displayed.

.70 AR coldside M 24 / EC-1 Garrett

1A060 stamped into the iron on the cartridge and a garrett plate that says mhm114020 i can't read
the top numbers. 7xx451-5005 or 5065

1679-18 stamped on the T4 flange

 

The GT3574 is water cooled. I can't find the pic but mine came from a-spec and had gt3574 stamped onto the back of the compressor housing.

 

That's not a 3574 or 3574R, measure the wheels inducer and exducer and that will tell you a lot.

706451-5005 came up as GT3582R

then it seemed the flange might be a T3. The wastegate and manifold are GReddy.

 

standard p-trims have 11 turbine blades, the GT series and Turbonetics F1 series have 10 blades. It is most likely a standard GT3582R, but you should measure it as Sean said to find out exactly what it is...
