Any idea what size turbo this is, I know its kinda hard to tell on the pictures. All I know is its a turbonetics with the .69 hot side and no markings on the cold side.

It looks like a 3" compressor inlet, so it's probably a T04B variant.
There are too many wheels in the T04B family to hazard a guess.
Tell the owner to pop the cover off and measure the major and minor diameters - we can definitely tell you the exact compressor wheel then.

The turbine looks like it's an on-center type.
This won't fit with most of the aftermarket T04 turbo exhaust manifolds available out there.
