What size is the hot side on an Apexi RX6 turbo?

it is equivalent to a t3 in flow but not in shape or size. This means it will not bolt up to a t3 flang. The turbine wheel is slightly smaller than a gt35r turbine wheel and the a/r should be 1.06 if you have the p27 housing which you should.
