If you go to Turbonetics' website you can click on "catalog" then, "Turbochargers and Acessories" and then browse measurements of what they sell... This might help you track it down.

I think it might be some sort of T04E 46 trim.

I agree its a t04e 46 trim, with an on centre exhaust housing, the tangential housing is the one you need though... That turbo would be good for about 300-325 rwhp...Max

Yeah the airflow isn't there for much more on that on a rotary..
The exhuast inlet is lined up with the centre of the turbine housings, this kind of turbine makes the exhuast piping tricky even with a custome setup, and all the aftermarlket manifolds use the tangential(turbine inlet offset from centre) fitment...

I just thought I would add though as well, I think those exhuast measurements are a little off, but they are close enough to me to guess that its a p-trim exhaust wheel...
IF you could get it cheap enough, I mean for 200.00 or less it would be a decent foundation to build a t04e 60 trim on, it would need a new front cover or machining, a tangental 1.15 a/r exhaust housing, and a 60 trim compressor wheel....
As it sits though, its not worth to do much with on a 13b...
I have a to4e 60 and it runs out of steam at just over 400 rwhp...Max
