What pump did you get? How many PSI are you planning on running, and what type of HP would you want?

Well I don't have a GT35/40, hell, I don't even have an RX-7 anymore! But... from years RX-7 experience, and of reading posts and peoples setups for years, I would suggest 850cc primaries and 1600cc secondaries.
You may not have to go quite that big on either, but it's better to have a little extra than to be living on the edge. 850/1400 may be nice.

just get your stock secondaries ported to 1300's and with a standalone ecu and a good pump ull be fine. 20lbs would be about ur limit though

There was a inj size v/s rwhp chart I saw not too long ago, I think that 550/1300's were good for about 400rwhp @ 80% duty cycle (my memory might be off though).

Anyways, if my memory is still good, 20psi on the GT35/40's should be yeilding > 400rwhp and would likely require 1600cc's to run 20psi consistantly.
