what could be happening??
what could be happening??
Ran a customers car 93 FD on DYNOJET, made only 280rwhp at 7000, but made 275 TQ, at 4500, hers the mods, medium street port, Atkins seals, GT4085 67mm inlet, .95 turbine hsg, 4" exhaust all the way, FMIC 3" pipes, 850s-1600s, AFR 11.5, 15 degrees at 16lbs. MICROTECH LT10s, customer wanted only 93 oct. no race gas! could the turbo be to big and not reaching efficeancy range at 16 lbs. am told that it should be at least 20psi up to 35psi. but whats up the with the HP and TQ. almost the same on a rotary, dyno operator said never seen that before. anybody??
Man, that is low. By 15 degrees, you mean the leading timing way up in the RPMs correct? Where does the boost gauge vacuum/boost get its reading from? How does the car feel, it should accelerate pretty good....that car should be pushing 400rwhp without to much problem. You guys do a compression test yet? CJ

If you had it on engine speed/rpms, ask him to swap the lower choice to speedometer and see what you get.
