WG help!!

Is this WG good enough for 400RWHP???

If not what would you guys recommend
mods;

large street port
60-1 ( .7 comp.,,, .96 turbine)

It depends on what boost you want to run. If you want to run low boost with a large turbo you need a large wastegate. If you want to run big boost then you only need a little wastegate.

They call this WG a hybrid??
It has a 38mm outlet with a 40mm diaphram which I have no idea what this means
I plan on getting custom manifold but would like to know if WG is good enough for my car before I buy it off my friend
