Angry Weld drop on the threads of the nut where DP bolts to turbo.

Great subject line, hunh?

Got my T04S kit... and I wanted to assemble the whole thing to see it all fitting together...

Ok... the exhaust flange... has a nut welded on either hole... so you can bolt the DP to the turbo...

One bolt threads in nice and smooth...

The other bolt won't go in at all...

There is a small weld drop right where the bolt would start to grab...

I have only made one very weak attempt to snap the drop off... and I'm not going to force anything...

What sort of machine shop would best be able to handle cleaning up the threads for me?

I realize that this is simple to clean up with the right tools....but I'm very willing to let a pro do it for 1/2 hour of labor...

just pick up a small round file and your done... or you can get a tap for that size and pitch thread and start it on the good side and rund it threw to the side with the slag stuck on it, you may even be able to just run a bolt threw from the good side and it will most likly pop it off when it hits it... I'd have to see it to know for sure, but it can't be too bad...
