Way to modify fuel rail for FPR

I dont know if anyone else has done this yet but i just thought id post it cause i thought it was a good idea, if youre going to be using any rubber fuel hose..

I was reading ways to modify the fuel rail for the fuel pressure regulator and it requires plugging the fuel rail with something and drilling on the rail to put a fitting on. Well if you take the stock fuel pressure regulator and chop the part that goes onto the fuel rail off and then the nipple it has on it. you can make your own fitting that fits right back in.

Attached is a pic of it after. Sorry but it didnt cross my mind to take a before pic. But im sure if you looked at the stock one you could see what im talkign about

I think a common method is to tap and put a fitting on.

I do like your method as it's very clean.

if youre running boost levels over the stock fpr's capabilities to compensate then this is a good idea. . . and if you wanna get rid of the fpd you can clean that up with an sx fpr or an aeromotive fpr.
