Trying to figure out what spring I should run and what psi is safe to run on a gt35r with a stock port s5 motor. Running id2000cc and 750cc injectors so I have the fuel for a decent amount. Also running a microtech standalone and a Greddy profec spec b boost controller. I made this manifold and it came out fairly well as it was my first one hopefully it holds up. Any advice is appreciated.
I have been looking at the tial wastegate chart and there is no white spring on any of the charts. I'd like to probably run 1 bar about 14psi and that says run black and red spring does that sound right?
(1) The lower the spring pressure in relation to your desired boost, the slower boost response will be.
(2) Just running off the spring, your boost will be about 1 -1.5 psi higher.
(3) My 10 lb spring gives a boost around 11.25 psi. But at my high setting of 18 psi, it gets there around 4000 rpm.

I'm trying to figure out what springs to run for 1 bar I put a black and red in each of the wastegates as that's what it said on one of the tial spring rate sheets I found online hopefully it's right. Also for the air and water ports if I just want to run air do I just not put fittings in any of the holes?
Another question i know it doesn't matter which port you use on the turbo for a water inlet and outlet but im trying to figure out which is the water inlet and outlet on the engine. The stock turbo runs a line from the side of the lower intake manifold and a line that dumps into the lower radiator hose on the water pump. Which is inlet and outlet?
I would run a spring rated at a few psi below your desired minimum boost level and bring it up with your controller. So if you want to run a minimum of 1bar I would probably go with something close to 12psi for waste-gate spring pressure.

The spring charts are different between the MV-S (38mm) and MV-R (44mm) for both pre-2012 and post-2012. Based on the picture, it looks like you have post-2012 MV-R's. If that is the case, then your spring colors from left to right are...black, red, yellow, green, blue, plain.
For 1 bar (14.5psi) of boost pressure, I would suggest setting the springs up for 10.15psi (black and red springs installed) and using a boost controller to bring the boost up to the desired target.

Sweet thanks for the confirmation i did end up installing black and red springs in the wastegates. Still confused on how to run the lines for them and stuff as ive never dealt with external wastegates. Also still confused on where i should get my water inlet and outlet from i posted a picture of where the stock turbo runs water from being #5 the water pipe in the picture and the other side being at the bottom of the waterpump by the lower radiator hose. If anyone has any adice on where i should be running water to and from and have any wastegate routing diagrams you could post i would be much appreciated havent been able to find much.
Check your boost controllers instructions for plumbing the wastegate. Should go compressor outlet to side port of wastegate and manifold to boost control solenoid to top port of wastegate if using both ports. Not sure about the water.
