I uploaded some pics of my old wastegate. i wanted to upgrade to a better, safer one and thinking which one is the best to purchase that will bolt right on my downpipe. I did a search but need your opinions. thanks.

The "HKS S/S Racing Wastegate" has the same (or extremely similar) bolt pattern. I replaced my failed A'PEXi wastegate with one:

Just use the apex'i one. Unbolt the wastegate and tap weld the bolt for the shaft and it wont stick shut

 

I pmed you. The main problem on the wastegate is im missing the flaunge inside for the WG, and cannot locate where to purchase it. it seems like they dont sell this thing. here's a pic of the inner side of the WG. im missing the round flaunge that supposed to go in it.

That's the MSRP. Street price is cheaper.

Maybe someone that has replaced their A'PEXi wastegate has the valve seat that you need? I don't have mine anymore, unfortunately.
