So I stumbled upon a nice "all in one" unit conversion program that can deal with all the various units associated with turbochargers. It's called Uconeer and it is free from Katmar software.

Here I am converting kg/s (Borg Warner compressor map unit) to lb/min (Garrett compressor map unit), which are both mass flow units:



You can see that on the upper right there is an icon you can click to convert from volume airflow to mass airflow. Here I am converting cfm (ft^3/min) to lb/min at 1 atmosphere barometric pressure and ambient temperature of 20C/68F:



Here I am converting Mazda's spec on the max volume airflow of the Cosmo 20B airflow meter to a mass flow in lb/min:
