Vac leak or Boost leak???????

Guys i need help i'm not shure what i'm looking at with my trouble, my idle surges after a few seconds after startup between 900-1100RPM, i've been told this may be due to a vac leak? also when idle is surging if i press in my clutch peddle the damn thing idles correct around 700RPM or so until i let go of the clutch then it goes back up and surges, i have late turbo spool up, my turbo does not really kick in till around 4500-5000RPM and really noticed once i'm at 6000RPM it hits it's hardest, plus i'm dumping madd fuel it's REALLY REALLY running rich, again i've been told this all this is proberly due to a boost leak, but i've also been told i might have a vac line leak. also regarding the vacume lines and hoses where can i search or look for a diagram of where all the lines are supposed to connect to, i got a feeling i may have lines not properly or incorrectly connected, but i'm new to turbo II FC's and i don't have something to ref the lines.........help is greatly appriciated guys.

Get your car to a professional and have it tuned.
It sounds like your car has more then one problem.
