The site admin (Omicron) has authorized me to create this thread in order to get input on updating the Single Turbo FAQ section. That section has not been updated since probably 2005. I think we need to remove some olds threads, and then I would like to get input on what newer threads we should add.

I propose removing threads on turbos and setups that are generally considered outdated.

Here are topics I think we should cover in a revised FAQ section. I'm not sure all of them have been covered in dedicated threads but we have made mention of them before.


-- newer fuel system options-- Bosch EV14 style injectors (Injector Dynamics etc), the latest high flowing in-tank pumps

-- newer turbo options, such as the new BW, Garrett, and Precision turbos (billet compressor wheels)

-- maybe something on wastegates and manifolds

-- maybe a newer thread on tuning AFR's or timing. AI has its own dedicated section so there's not much specific stuff to add on that subject


Please provide some feedback. We need to nominate new threads to add to the archive.
