Injectors 850/1680cc fuel pump boch044 stock lines.Re wired.
Big inter cooler
4"down pipe 3.5" exhaust

Skip the T70 and move straight to a GT42 or similar...

You will need more injector for above turbo on that gas at current or higher boost pressures.

You're probably around 500-550rwhp depending upon dyno, engine condition etc.

I am assuming you are on some sort of ignition upgrade too.. If you're not on better coils and just a CDI, would be time to upgrade that too.

You will want to move to 10 heat range plugs. The longer you are on the power, the colder the heat range needs to be. You can get away with hotter plugs at higher power levels on the street just squirting it.

The compressor sizes are similar, but you will want the bigger turbine section of the 42R, instead of a P or Q trim turbine wheel found on T70/T72/T76s...

My engine runs with NGK B11EGV, never seen the track yet NGK B10EGV could be suitable for you. Last it had 10s in leading and 11 in trailing.
Some info in my signature.

I made 400rwhp with the exact turbo and setup pretty much with the exception of my motor being street ported, and now water injection. This was at 22psi and on a mustang Dyno. It's prob a lil over 500hp at the flywheel.
This run was only to 6800rpm too. Power was steadily rising but Never got a run higher. Still plenty left though.

I've been using R7420-9 in the leading hole, and R7420-105 in the trailing hole. I can't really tell any difference between BUR7EQ and BUR9EQ vs. the R7420s except at high boost the car is much less likely to misfire/ blow the spark out.

Those numbers could work. The T66 will start waking up at about 22 psi+
Steve Kan was making a bit over 600 rwhp with this same setup (street port ) @ 26psi back in 2002. I made 540 @ 23 psi with street port. We both used Haltech E6K back then.

Before sequential fuel and ignition really got traction, and water injection regained popularity. You could make a shade over 570 with your setup at 23 sure.
Those pressures are high for general reliability, so I agree that the 42R is a great option. Flow is amazing!
