NY Wastegate diaphragm

Hi my boost has been uncontrolable lately and I took of the wastegate to inspect the diaphragm for tears or rips and did not see anything but it does look like it got pinched when I changed the spring and reinstalled the top. From the pics does it look like this could be causing a boost spike? Also one of the small screws that holds the diaphragm is missing their are only 3 out of the 4. I am using the Tial 44mm wastegate with lrg red and small red spring so it should be 14.5psi and the car is hitting 1.46 which is near 21psi. Their is no boost controller just running one vacuum line from the turbo to the side of the wastegate and the top of the wastegate is left open. There is not much to it so I don't see where the problem could be. Also the car just ran its best time of 11.3 so I don't think that it has a boost leak anywhere. The car was running perfect boost hitting 1.05 bar and then one day it just started over boosting. Thanks in advance.

The screws coming out will cause overboosting. I had the same issue.

Buy a new diaphram. the same happened to me a few years ago. I think it's like $40 from your Tial dealer. After you install the new diaphram, put a tiny bead of high-temp silicone to make it seal well. It's possible you are getting a boost spike due to the diaphram leaking.
