Turbo upgrade questions

I was looking at removing the twins and adding a single turbo. The kit I was looking at is http://www.rx7store.net/product_p/gt35r%20kit.htm
Any opinions on this kit would be greatly appreciated. Also could someone give me a rough idea of cost for installation for a kit like this. I am just curious how much more it would cost me after I purchase the kit.

Also does anyone know a good shop in the Philadelphia area?

It is not just a turbo swap. You need lots of supporting mods, which are an arm and a leg. You need to do some searching on this site. good luck

I believe I have all the supporting mods done already. here is a list of mods.
Apexi ECU, Greddy 2 Row Front Mount Intercooler, Apexi Adjustable Blow off Valve, MSD 6AL ignition, Fluidyne stainless steel radiator, Blue Powder Coated cold air intake, greddy exhaust, downpipe and midpipe, Defi Water temp gauge and Defi Boost Gauge, Greddy Turbo Timer, Act heavy duty clutch, B&B short shifter, cross drilled rotors, Hawk "no dust" kevlar brake pads, stainless steel braded brake lines. Momo steering wheel to match the titanium dash trim. Larger injectors 1600 and 850. Running at 12 PSI of Boost with about 310-315 hp at the rear wheel. It is also been switched to run non-sequential. I am torn if I want to go back to sequential or not (would like to find a really good shop that could switch me back).

You still need a boost controller and fuel pump. But thats all I see. I am paying about 300 for tuning, and 400 for turbo install.

Price is going to vary from shop to shop, you should find your local shops and ask them...

My car has bigger injectors and is running 12 PSI. It was switched to be non-sequential. Would I need the boost controller for that already, or the fuel pump? I am just wondering if the guy didn't tell me they were in there already.

You need a fuel pump before you need bigger injectors, but you don't need them unless you up the boost to like 14psi or >. You need to look at your boost gauge to know if your boost is maxing at 12psi.
With all the stuff that has been done to your car I would assume that he upgraded the fuel pump, but when you assume you make an *** out of u and me so you might want to make sure..

Thank you for all your help and advice. I hate not knowing what I am talking about. I am trying to learn as much about this stuff as I can before i go to a shop. I don't want them to try and take advantage of the idiot (ME).

I agree that I would want to make sure it was done but i just thought with the boost turned up and the bigger injectors that it may have been a necessity to do the fuel pump and boost controller.

If I do this single turbo upgrade, do I have to worry about any suspension parts? Will I need to perform any suspension work to handle the power?

Suspension work would be advisable for better transfer of the power that is being produced. Neccessary? No... Good idea? yup.
