Turbo sizing question

I am building a turbo 6-port motor for my VW Beetle, here are the specs on what I have so far.
RB template street port intake (on 6 port housings)
Street porte exhaust, opened ~2mm down (diffuser removed)
86 NA rotors
Megasquirt fuel and spark

Here's where things get tricky, I am building a Porsche 901 transaxle (used in the 914 and early 911s) and it is capable of 300-ish hp/tq if treated nice, this makes it my limiting factor. So I'm going to need a turbo that is not overkill. If the turbo is suited for 400+hp it will just be wasted since I can't use the power. It seems like most of you guys are shootin for the big numbers but I'm a bit capped. I have been looking at alot of your combos and it seems like the Apex'i RX6 (IHI turbo of some sort) is properly sized for around 300-350hp and a quick spooling. What is the actual turbo model used in the Apex'i kit? or are there any other turbos suited to my application?
One last thing, am I correct that 550cc/min primaries and 850-1000cc/min secondaries will keep up with fuel demand?

Thanks!

That turbo should work well for those power levels, so will a small to4B, or to4E. You're going to want to run atleast the 1000cc secondaries.
