I have a FB with a s4 motor with stock ports, my ? is what would be a good turbo for 300-400 horse at around 12-15psi, more important is what exhaust housing size would be good for the stock ports?

.8x or .9x or 1.xx

if the turbo stayed the same but only the A/R changed what would be the outcome?
