Turbo ???
Okay,
I just finished building this car like 2 month ago, I'm only running 10 psi.
okay here the problem, Everytime I run the car a little hard ( going through 3rd,4th, 7k rpm), the car wants to hesitate after. I look at the boost gauge and give it some gas but its like it doesn't want to spool up. So I looked at the turbo and the turbo was completly stopped. I tried to give it some spins and it just didnt want to go at all, (the car was hot), I let the car cool and gave it some spins with a socket and like it came free of something, but it still has a little resistance, I turned the car on and it didn't spin, I gave it some gas and started spinning, I took it down the street to like 5 psi and it spooled pretty nice ,
but what could be the problem? please help me out. Thanks,Dominic

check the turbo for in and out play, and check side to side. the turbo might be going. the reason why it could be sticking when its hot, is because the oil viscosity becomes thinner when its hotter so youll get alot more play in the shaft when its hot. i had the same problem with my t-72 i didnt have a resistor on the feed so i had way to much oil pressure going to it so it screwd up the turbo pretty bad.

SHYT, I checked the shaft and it has a little -little play, so your saying the oil is the problem, what type of oil should I use , I'm right now using valvevaline VR1 sae 50

It sounds like foreign object damage. Were you using an air filter? Just because the turbo builds boost and spins doesn't mean that it wasn't damaged. I highly recommend pulling off the compressor housing by taking off the bolts that are on the back of the compressor housing to check if there is any damage to the compressor wheel.
