which turbo for 13b bp

which turbo for 13b bp
Well my buddy just dynoed 320 in his 240 silvia and keeps getting more with tuning. So now I have to step to the plate. What turbo would you recomend for a haltech 13b bp with a custom intercooler and exhaust and some huge secondary's and stock primaries. This car will not be used very often except to go kick some ***. Thanks for the reco. Oh ya should I go with a 40mil TiAl or larger?
