which turbo for 13b bp

Well my buddy just dynoed 320 in his 240 silvia and keeps getting more with tuning. So now I have to step to the plate. What turbo would you recomend for a haltech 13b bp with a custom intercooler and exhaust and some huge secondary's and stock primaries. This car will not be used very often except to go kick some ass. Thanks for the reco. Oh ya should I go with a 40mil TiAl or larger?

HA, Just slap a T70 or 72 on there and you can double his HP hehe
