Specs
1993 Mazda RX7 Turbo
TRACKFORGED Single turbo kit
60-1 Turbo
Injector Dynamics 1000/2200
Street Tune set at 13psi
This is a very conservative tune that was done by request due to the car being a daily driven long distance commuter car/ weekend tracktoy. Reliability was the highest priority and a conservative tune paired with the Trackforged turbo kit is perfect for just that
314.5 WHP @ 6,800 RPM
255TQ @ 6,200 RPM

That is an awfully large amount of fueling for only 315whp. You have enough fuel for over 700 crank hp. What ECU are you using?

Your car looks nice but I don't understand why you would go this route when you could have made the same power on the oem turbos?

Very nice set-up. Im sure you have bigger plans for the future as seen with the fuel choice you have. Enjoy!

I'm sorry but this is just confusing. Huge fuel system, low dyno numbers, and perhaps poor tuning??? I think you're very ambitious to promote a new shop. I'm with sk8World on this one...

yep, unfortunately this isn't a great promotion for them. those numbers are low, overly conservative on the tuning?

can only guess one thing, catalytic converter when seeing those figures with the boost, seems constipated.

I'll bet the timing has split is huge all over the map even in the vacuum areas (should at least be 0, if not a little negative . With those numbers I'm also wondering what the AFR is when at 13psi 10's??? That turbo's small enough where I would dip into the 12's to give her some nice grunt. Extremely conservative IMO would be 11.7-11.9 and that would even be a waste of fuel...

Agreed. Too rich is counter productive as it justs promotes more carbon build up.

OEM turbos are far from reliable. Not to mention the thermo efficiency nightmare that is the stock setup.
