Tial gate with Greddy manifold
I plan on using the Tial 46mm wastegate with my Greddy t-78 kit instead of the Greddy wastegate type R. The flange on the Greddy manifold for the Greddy wastegate is much larger and has a larger bolt pattern than the Tial flange. Due to the large diameter of the Greddy manifold piping I'm not sure if cutting off the Greddy flange and welding on the Tial flange will work. What needs to be done? I think Gordon is using this combination but I'm not sure how his manifold was modified to accept the Tial wastegate. Anyone else out there using this setup? Thank you for any ideas you may have!

I ended up sending my TiAL back and getting an HKS S/S wastegate to fit on my A'PEXi manifold. The bolt pattern is the same for the seat side of the A'PEXi and HKS wastegates, so it just made sense to leave the manifold as-is. I really wanted to use the TiAL -- it was beautiful! But it just seemed easier to go with the HKS, even though it costs $150 more.
Take it to a fab shop and see what they say. It is probably good to get some info on what they should do here, but I don't have any info so I can't help.
One thing, the flange you show in the pics is not a weld flange, it is the valve seat. Don't weld it to your manifold.
