thin wall socket.... cheap.

found a 13/16's thin wall socket for b*egv etc. plugs. wonder if its thin enough. anyone used this before? here is a link.

also anyone use these plugs? ngk-5820 seem to be pretty good, i only found one thread about them though.

I ordered one... Its worth $8.50 to give ity a try. My guess is though it wont work. The homemade socket I have seems alot thinner. I'll let everyone know on tuesday when I get it.

1/2" drive, too. At least you will still be able to use it for the lug nuts if it doesn't work. And the price is great, too. It looks like a Gorilla product, so you might be able to find them at local auto parts stores that carry that brand of wheel accessories.

I just took a cheap "regular" spark plug socket and used a grinder on it. Works fine.
