Ta45 garrett

where can i get one of these turbos to buy,and are they 4 inch inlet and outlet.

From: Where there's only two seasons, hot and wet! I love Okinawa

They do have a 4 inch inlet, but the outlet isn't 4 inch. I do LOVE the turbo however
