t78 Rebuild Parts?

Who has had a Greddy t78 rebuilt? I sent one to Majestic Turbo as they have done good work in the past for me. The damage I sent it for was a chewed up turbine wheel from an apex seal going through it. Apparently the shaft is also bent and basically I need a whole new chra. They are having trouble finding parts.

This is why I've always told people to purchase an off the shelf turbo from a manufacture like Garrett. They could probably fix it using Garrett parts as they usually do. Modified proprierity $hitsubishi turbos=fail. You could always try to get in touch with GReddy to see if they want to help. Probably wouldn't have any problem selling you a new $2,000 turbo.

I've never been a fan of the greddy re-badged turbos. This is for a customer of mine. Is there anything else that will bolt directly to the greddy t78 kit?

The exhaust side is trashed, that is why I originally sent it out. My customer detonated and sent an apex seal through the turbo. I will try turbo city.

Scratch that... my T78 was rebuilt by Majestic... here is what he sent me back...

"majestic did mine. they ended up having to have the turbine wheel shipped off and refinned. it cost a little over $600 with everything they did. they didnt act like it was too difficult to find parts for when i had mine done."
